Even if you do not see your trade available at this time, P4P Construction will hold onto your resumes for future works for up to a year!
P4P Construction is in the business of creating value for everyone involved. This means our workers as well. All journeyman level employees will automatically be enrolled into our P4P incentives program and have an opportunity to gain bonuses, PTO, and other benefits on every single project. All helpers will be eligible for the P4P incentives program after 1 year with P4P Construction.
